Our goal is to be transparent, fair, and easy to work with. These terms are written in plain language whenever possible so you know exactly what to expect when working with us. By placing an order, submitting artwork, or using this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all products and services provided by Northern Ohio Printing, including but not limited to printing, FOIL3D™, SculptedUV™, digital enhancements, design services, proofing, finishing, and delivery.

FOIL3D™ and SculptedUV™ are trademarked specialty finishing technologies of Northern Ohio Printing.

Conditions for Print Orders

Satisfaction & Quality Commitment

We stand behind the quality of our products and services and strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please notify us within 30 days of receipt so we can review the concern.

Depending on the circumstances, we may reprint part or all of the order or, if a reprint is not feasible within the required timelines, issue a partial or full refund. All resolutions are handled on a case-by-case basis. Shipping and freight charges are non-refundable. While we take great care to ensure accurate production, certain issues fall outside of our responsibility and are not covered under this commitment.

Items Not Covered

We are not responsible for:

Errors in customer-supplied artwork, including spelling, punctuation, grammar, or layout
Incorrect quantities, sizes, products, or specifications selected at the time of ordering
Color variation caused by material selection, lamination, lighting conditions, or viewing environment
Low-resolution images or files not prepared for print specifications
Errors related to finishing instructions not clearly indicated in the supplied files
Damage occurring after delivery
Shipping delays or address errors caused by the customer

We strongly encourage customers to carefully proof all files before approval. The most cost-effective time to correct an error is before production begins.

Refund & Liability Limitations

Our liability is limited to reprinting the original order or refunding the purchase price of the affected portion of the order. Under no circumstances shall liability exceed the amount paid for the order. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Payment

Pricing & Charges

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. By submitting an order, you authorize all charges, applicable taxes, and shipping fees to be billed to your approved payment method. Once an order is approved and enters production, changes or cancellations are not permitted. In limited cases where production has not started, a refund may be considered if notification is provided promptly during normal business hours.

Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods may include:

Credit or debit cards
Business checks (production may begin upon receipt)
Pre-approved open accounts for qualifying organizations
Cash (if paying upon pickup)

Sales Tax

Sales tax is collected where required by law. Customers claiming tax exemption must provide valid documentation prior to shipment.

Orders & Approvals

Production will not begin until the final artwork and proofs have been approved by the customer. Approval confirms acceptance of layout, content, spelling, color, finishes, and placement of enhancements. Northern Ohio Printing is not responsible for errors approved in final proofs.

Artwork & File Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for the accuracy and quality of all submitted artwork. While files may be reviewed for basic compatibility, final responsibility for content, layout, and compliance with postal or regulatory requirements remains with the customer.

Proofs

Digital PDF proofs are provided via email unless a hard proof is specifically requested by the client. Hard proofs for FOIL3D™ and SculptedUV™ finishes are optional and produced upon request. Proofs represent layout and placement; final color, texture, and appearance may vary slightly due to materials and production tolerances. Additional charges apply for hard proofs.

Finish & Color Variations

Production will not begin until final artwork and proofs have been approved by the customer. Approval confirms acceptance of layout, content, spelling, color, finishes, and placement of enhancements. Northern Ohio Printing is not responsible for errors approved in final proofs.

Substrate Compatibility

Not all paper stocks or substrates are compatible with FOIL3D™ or SculptedUV™. Northern Ohio Printing may recommend lamination or alternative materials to ensure optimal results. Use of unapproved substrates may lead to unpredictable outcomes.

Turnaround Times

Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on order size, complexity, finishing requirements, and material availability. Smaller runs with minimal finishing may be completed quickly, while larger or more complex projects require additional time. Northern Ohio Printing is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond its control.

Shipping

Orders may be shipped via USPS, FEDEX and UPS, or the customer can pick up at our office. Local deliveries via our company van within Cuyahoga County only. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays, loss, or damage once an order leaves our facility.

Minimum Quantities

There are no minimum order quantities unless otherwise stated. Due to industry standards, slight overages or underages may occur and are considered acceptable unless a fixed quantity is agreed upon in writing.

Cancellations or Changes

Orders that have entered production cannot be canceled or modified without approval. Changes requested after proof approval or production start may result in additional costs and extended timelines.

Claims, Defects & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of printed products, returns are not accepted unless a defect is confirmed. Any claims must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Resolutions are handled on a case-by-case basis and may include a reprint or a partial or full refund. Refunds are not guaranteed and may be issued when reprint timelines cannot be met.

Intellectual Property

Customers warrant that they own or have permission to use all artwork, images, fonts, and content provided. Northern Ohio Printing is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations related to customer-supplied materials.

Marketing Use

Northern Ohio Printing reserves the right to photograph finished products and use those images for printed and online marketing purposes unless the customer requests otherwise in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the cost of the original order. Northern Ohio Printing is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or missed opportunities.

Website Modifications

We reserve the right to update, modify, suspend, or remove website content, pricing, services, or offers at any time without prior notice.

General Terms

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, images, and design elements, is protected by copyright law and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

Third-Party Orders

If you place an order on behalf of a third party, you are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided and for communicating these Terms & Conditions to that party. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from such use.

Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to this website at any time, without notice.

Email Communications

We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by incorrect contact information provided by the user.

Termination of Access

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and this website regarding printing products and services and supersede all prior agreements, whether written or verbal.

If any portion of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
